If happens that the game take control of the participant, there is a certain degree of risk of addiction, so in order to take precautions against addiction and take care of our players, we have developed a responsible gambling plan and participate in raising awareness of responsible gambling.

We are informing the participants of games of chance on machines that the main motive of gambling is fun and entertainment, that they invest the money they can afford wisely and that they limit their finances for these purposes. In order to prevent and fight addiction, participants are allowed to determine in writing form the highest amount they can pay in a specific period of time, as well as to request self-exclusion for a specific period of time, i.e. a ban on participating in games of chance on machines.

Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from participating in games of chance, as specified by the Law on Games of Chance of the Republic of Serbia. For the stated reason, we reserve the right to request the verification of documents that determine the age of the participants and prevent the attendance of persons under the age of 18. Data protection of game participants is also at the top of our priorities. All data of participants, type of game, participation and winnings are protected.

Tips for avoiding a potential gambling addiction problem:
– Do not gamble beyond the amount of money you have previously determined for it
– Do not gamble if it drains you financially. If your family objects to you, you are probably in trouble.
– Do not try to recover your losses.
– Be mindful of the time you spend betting. If you start gambling frequently, take a break.
– Do not gamble if you have to go into debt because of your gambling, that is, never with borrowed money.
– Do not gamble if you are under the influence of alcohol. It can have a bad influence on your decision making.
– Don’t gamble with money that you intended to spend on something else (eg paying bills, paying off credit cards, a gift for a child, rent, repairs, etc.).
– If you notice that you are gambling to reduce stress, know that you are in trouble.
– Do not use gambling to overcome unpleasant feelings.
– Do not gamble if it causes you to neglect or give up social and/or business activities.

A person who is addicted to gambling spends a lot of time gambling and loses a lot of money in the game, he has a bad influence on other people, weakens or breaks contact with his friends and family and neglects all other interests and obligations, and becomes very attached to the circle of people with whom he gambles, feels that he can not control his behavior and often loses self-esteem and develops feelings of regret conscientious and sometimes becomes aggressive if he loses a lot of money. The consequences of gambling, as with any other addiction, are numerous.

1. physical consequences – high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, tachycardia, increased sweating, sleep problems, digestive problems, frequent headaches
2. psychological consequences – lying, manipulation, loss of interest in healthy activities, anxiety-depressive disorders, personality disorders, tendency to commit suicide
3. social consequences – problems in the family, deformation of healthy social ties and interruption of contact with a healthy society, problems with the law, traffic problems
4. economic and professional consequences – loss of finances, neglect of school, college and business obligations, problems at work, loss of job
